SE Factory is an intensive software engineering bootcamp that aims to bridge the gap between fresh computer science and computer engineering students, and the marketplace. With 3 cycles taking place each year, students apply to acquire advanced full-stack web development skills as well as soft skills. After 3 months of intensive training, students graduate with better chances of employment and connections with potential employers.

SE Factory approached us with the aim to spread awareness around the brand and increase the number of submissions per cycle. We translated the marketing calendar into an online cross-channel content strategy in line with the brand’s image and spirit, which includes various themes and the launching of new courses. With over 60% of applicants sourced from social media, each platform was used to its maximum potential: be it Twitter for the tech-savvy audience, LinkedIn for the potential partners and recruiters, Facebook and Instagram for cycle applicants leads, and newsletters for our database.

To further support the social media campaigns, we launched Google search and display ads for relevant audiences, interests and keywords to drive traffic to the website and create audience buckets for future targeted messages. Additionally, offline branding material were prepared for several occasions such as graduation day, brochures, posters and banners.
